Zahari Sharit is a project management advocate with a mission to shape Malaysia’s workforce through practical, results-driven training. With a Master’s in Project Management from the University of Sunderland (UK) and over 30 years of business leadership, Zahari brings a rare blend of hands-on experience and strategic insight to every course his company delivers.

His journey began in the construction industry—managing projects from housing developments to national landmarks like the Petronas Twin Towers. He later moved into IT and software trading, supporting government and corporate clients. But over time, he saw a clear gap: many professionals were being given tools and responsibilities, but lacked structured project management skills to truly succeed.

This realization led him to establish Mind Matrix Sdn Bhd in 2013, driven by a deep passion to close that gap—especially for Bumiputera professionals and teams in Malaysia. Today, under the Skillet brand, his company focuses on empowering individuals and organizations to lead with confidence, manage complexity, and deliver results through world-class project management training.
