PMI-ACP® qualification is defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI)®. This three- day intensive course provides participants with comprehensive and immersive exposure to Agile

Project Management processes, skills, tools and techniques to prepare for the PMI- ACP® examination as outlined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) by the Project Management Institute, USA.

The workshop session effectively teaches Agile Project Management methodology concepts through diverse examples and case studies cutting across industries. The session is also focus preparatory course for the PMI-ACP® certification examination.

About (PMI-ACP) ® Examination
  • 2,000 hours of general project experience working on teams. A current PMP® or PgMP® will satisfy this requirement but is not required to apply for the PMI-ACP
  • 1,500 hours working on agile project teams or with agile methodologies. This requirement is in addition to the 2,000 hours of general project experience
  • 21 contact hours of training in agile practices.
